Since I turned 18 and went off into the cruel world of adulthood my weight has been way up and way down for a variety of reason. Now that I'm about to hit the big 3-0 I'm ready to turn a corner and keep my weight right where I want it (a size 6). This means long term weight loss.
Unfortunately for us yo-yo dieters, weight loss of the long term variety does not come fast.

Viva Exercise TV!
Published by Mary at 6:09 PM
I've never been good at starving myself (not that that's EVER the way to go), so when I'm dieting getting regular and vigorous exercise is always very important. And since I'm not a runner (and I can't afford to take dance right now) I thank goodness for Exercise TV. I love using their on demand videos to get great cardio and toning workouts. I Could Use a Miracle (Fruit)
Published by Mary at 10:09 PM
So here I am again. Having fallen off the wagon once again, I'm starting from square one. All those "cleanses" and pill regimens and whatnot.. well, they work. But not for long. My problem is that when I decide I'm ready to lose weight - I want it right away! But alas the calories go on so easily but are so difficult to take off. The only thing that works: eat less, move more. Period. So, my latest to aid this principle is the much hyped "miracle" berry - or miracle fruit.

Diet Pills: To Pop or Not to Pop
Published by Mary at 6:06 PM
Let me start by saying this: I do not endorse popping pills as a solution to weightloss. The fact is, there is no easy way to do it. Good old fashion eat less, move more is really the only longterm way... BUT, a little help is used sometimes - in pill form.
